We are are authorized to service over 20 leading brands. In addition, we are equipped to service most major brands under extended warranty as well as appliances no longer under warranty.
Service requests are responded to and our in-house technical support attempt to pre-diagnose faults in an attempt to satisfy the customer in a single trip.

Our mobile unit of service technicians are trained and are professionally dressed in company uniforms and drive marked company vehicles. They are equipped with appropriate diagnostic and repair tools and in-house technical support.
The mobile unit is complemented and supported by our shop technicians and a professional team of customer service representatives (CSRs) who understand that "you never get a second chance to make a first impression."

We have a team of service personnel in well stocked vehicles covering all metropolitan Hobart and regional areas on request. All service staff are factory trained and qualified, in an ongoing process to deliver timely, efficient and economic breakdown and maintenance repairs. An invoice with service call details will be forwarded by email or mail.
